mr23 returns with an impressive second release on Teleskopik Recordings. While ‘Hypnosis’ develops with an insistent beat and a warbled melody into an undulating and fat track, ‘Floating’ builds from an ominous thrumming with a basic beat; the use of minimal percussion, a groovy and insistent rhythm, strings and a bit of sass give this track loads of atmosphere.
