After a busy and fruitful summer Teleskopik Recordings are really excited to introduce its 20th release by Boom Merchant; a talented up and coming artist based in Glasgow, Scotland. The main track ‘Origins‘ kick starts this EP with powerful funky rhythmics alongside a rumbling baseline which slowly unfolds into a powerful acid line.

The latest gem to be released by Teleskopik Recordings is from the ever popular Cave Sedem entitled ‘Acidground / Playground 2.0‘. An excellent contribution to the dance floor, the main track ‘Acidground’ can only be described as 7 minutes of pure acid house pleasure, while the flip-side ‘Playground 2.0′ is a deeper progressive tech-house track slowly building around detailed rhythms and hypnotic driving melodies.

March 13 saw the 3rd release on Teleskopik by Elexx: ‘Alien Rendez-vous | Morning Before‘. The A side delivers a fine mix of funky old-school minimal grooves, while the flip side is a more personal progressive techno track, with a clear preeminence on details and delicate melodic parts. Teleskopik’s first EP off the ramp this year was ‘Rebound/Echogirls‘ by Olivier S, released on the 16th of January. A dark and gutsy offering, this EP has confirmed the growing popularity of Oliviers’ take on minimal techno.
